Q: What will keekeeklean cleaning service do in my home?

A: Since every home is different, we customize our cleaning services to your needs. We aim to provide the same cleaning staff for each repeat clean so they can become familiar with your home and cleaning preferences (please note that this may not always be possible).

Q: Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

A: We have all the necessary equipment and supplies to accommodate even the most special requests. We will, however, use your vacuum and mop, unless asked to provide our own.

Q: How do I pay for the service?

A: Payment can be made at the end of each clean by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

Q: What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

A: If your scheduled cleaning appointment falls on a statutory holiday we will do our best to clean that day. If we cannot accommodate your appointment, we will contact you a week prior to reschedule to a different day and time that is convenient for you.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: No. We want to earn your continued business. As long as you are happy having us clean for you, we are happy to continue to clean your home. You can trust us to clean whether you are home or away. If you are going away on holiday, we do request 1 week’s notice.

Q: Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

A: You do not need to do anything before we come visit; however, we would recommend a quick tidy before we arrive so that we can utilize our time cleaning.

Q: What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?

A: In the unlikely event that an accident or breakage occurs, we will happily repair or replace the broken item(s).

Limitation of Liability

keekeeklean accepts liability for damage caused to the client’s property due to the fault of our cleaning staff on the basis that the cost can be recovered from our public liability insurance.

keekeeklean cannot accept responsibility for accidents caused by damaged items, breakage due to common wear-and-tear or neglect of regular maintenance (ie. improperly mounted hardware, previously broken items, faulty appliances etc.)
